What it costs
The design starts at 6,500 zł. All prices include VAT. We give you the range for your plot after the first conversation: 30 minutes online, free of charge, with no site visit.
So you can see roughly where you sit, here is how the price came together on plots of different kinds. This is not a price list, only a reference point: we price your plot separately.
| Plot | What is there | Design |
|---|---|---|
| Semi-detached, 290 m² | level ground, garden around the house | 6,500 zł |
| House, 500 m² | fire pit, screening from neighbours, several areas | 9,500 zł |
| House, 600 m² | change of level, water features | 12,500 zł |
| House, 700 m² | slope, green roof, complex paving | 16,000 zł |
The plot moves the price, not the square metres:
- ground: a slope costs more than a level site
- areas: how many there are and how complex
- paving: a simple layout or a detailed pattern
- services: lighting, irrigation, drainage
- the rare things: a green roof, a pond
Why not per square metre. A small plot is usually harder than a large one. On 3,000 m², distance hides a mistake. On 200 m², next to the house, everything is visible at once, and the solution takes longer to find. So we work from the task rather than from the metres, which is fairer to small plots.
What is included

What the garden itself costs
There is no exact cost estimate before the design. We price it from the drawings, once the builder has walked the plot. Anyone who quotes over the phone will recalculate later.
| What we do | zł per m² |
|---|---|
| Soil, lawn, planting | 150–350 |
| Plus paving, drainage, irrigation, lighting | from 300 |
| Pergolas, water, developed lighting, large plants | 500–1,000+ |
The figures above cover labour and mid-range materials. Materials can be cheaper or dearer, and the budget moves with them.
A plot of 300–400 m² in the mid-range option comes to 150,000 to 200,000 zł. We name the figure straight away, not at the third meeting.
The build can go in stages: levels, drainage, services and paving first, then the plants and the details.
Plants are counted one by one, not per square metre. The price depends on the species, the size at planting and the nursery: a young juneberry costs about 300 zł, a specimen tree up to 4,000 zł. You approve the planting schedule with its prices during the design stage, before the build.
How we start
- A conversation: 30 minutes online, free of charge.
- Contract and a 50% advance for the design.
- Survey on site after the advance.
- Concept design: you approve it.
- Detailed design: the balance before it is handed over.
- A build estimate based on the finished design.
The design takes about two months.
We take on a few gardens a season: we see each one through ourselves, which is why there are few. A conversation in July usually means a garden for the following summer.
The build
We see our own gardens through. A design without supervision usually turns into a simplified version of itself: the contractor trims what is difficult, swaps a material for a familiar one, straightens a line. Small things on their own; together they eat the idea.
Warsaw and the region: our own crews build it, the designer is on hand, and the result is on us. Other cities: we travel and supervise in the same way, with travel counted separately. Would you rather build it yourself, or with your own contractors? That works too: we hand over the full design and explain the drawings. What the garden turns out like is then not on us, and we say so in advance.
